I love how easy it is to use; both the device (KN-550BT) and the app. Batteries were included in the purchase. I know for some people it isn't important, but I hate going around the house trying to find some because I always forget. The buttons, and display are big. Very nice!!!, and the colors chosen (white device + baby blue cuff) are very pleasant. ❤️❤️❤️ I definitely Recommend iHealth. They know what they are doing. Oh readings are saved for FREE. I'm so happy that I'm telling everyone.

I'll change my rating once I get used to this specific machine, but it takes forever to get a reading. I do like it, though. Connection to the Bluetooth wasn't too bad. The instructions could be a little bit better. Set up went pretty smoothly. The cuff is kind of cheap and this machine takes four AAA batteries instead of four AA batteries that my other machine took, which was faster than iHealth. This is a keeper though.

I feel tepid about the app, partly because I'm disappointed in the hardware I bought. The app has a bit of inconsistent UI, but does use Google Health Connect, which I appreciate. I don't like that it won't do anything without an account. I think it should allow me to access my device and browse readings without signing away my privacy.
